Our Mission
Supporting
young people in their journey to become active contributors to society, empowering them to make positive life choices, raising hopes and aspirations, developing self-worth and self-esteem, raising educational achievement.
Engaging
and working closely with organisations from all sectors (private, public, third, faith) to identify and address some of the tough issues obstructing young people from realising their potential.
Creating opportunities
and infrastructure to enable young people from West London and further afield to engage in the arts through three key areas: professional development, learning and participation, and live events.
Communicating faith
and Christian values. Creating opportunities for young people to explore and respond to issues of faith and spirituality as part of their personal and moral development.
Identifying
and nurturing the best of the best through artist development; building up unique and gifted individuals; being socially and morally conscious with the character, capacity and platform to influence culture in a positive way.
Building
a professional organisation that is locally rooted through community engagement but globally minded through artist development with the capacity, resources and connections to achieve our outcomes.
